Advanced Medical Balloons (AMB) is a commercial-stage company that uses a blow-molding technology on polyurethane material to manufacture microscopically thin, yet highly durable and shape-stable balloons and tubing structures. Its first product – hyghtec® basic-plus, a CE-mark certified device – is already marketed in Germany and has successfully been used to manage fecal incontinence in intensive-care settings.
