Biography

Harald Keller joined Wellington in 1998. He focuses on fund management, fund structures, finance & reporting, investor relations and information technology. He also co-heads Swiss-based Wellington Partners Advisory AG. Harald began his career in 1990 as a finance manager at Procter & Gamble in Schwalbach, Germany, where he spent four years in controlling and accounting. In 1994, he joined Benckiser Export GmbH and Lancaster Export GmbH in Wiesbaden as director of finance & controlling for export and developing markets.

He built a worldwide export structure, was responsible for financial due diligence for acquisitions, and served as interim CFO at Benckiser Hungary. In 1996, he went to Burger King Germany in Munich as director of finance and information technology, where he was responsible for sales of approximately €100 million. He supported the German franchise organization and was a member of the company’s European steering committee for strategic expansion. He holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Sciences.
